Profile louver pergola — system description
The system is a rectangular hollow-section grid in architectural aluminium, optimised for visual slimness and modular repetition on cafés, club decks, and residential sit-outs. Horizontal members carry louver blades or purlins for a solid roof; verticals tie to slab or grade with calculated base plates. Loads are taken for wind pressure and deflection limits per project location; purlin spacing is iterated against the selected roof glass or sheet.
Louver mode: blades may be fixed (manual tilt lock) or motorised with tubular or rack drives — motor schedule is separate from the structure + glass calculator. Roof mode: 10 / 12 mm toughened, laminated, or polycarbonate as per the same rate table as our standard pergola.
Finish: exterior powder — RAL / woodgrain / texture — matched where possible to façade louvers, windows, and HPL / ACP cladding on the same elevation. Deck edge often pairs with glass railing and glass wall lines for one metal-and-glass language.
