Naseem has 26 years in the trade. He started as a young apprentice in NCR back in 2000, learning aluminium fabrication, hardware fitment and customised architectural work from master craftsmen. Over the next 14 years he moved up through larger firms — system windows, structural glazing, facade work and a lot of customised partitions, pergolas, cladding and bespoke metalwork.
In 2014, he brought that ground-up education to Hyderabad and founded WoodenMax Architectural Elements. Today the operation runs from a Hyderabad HQ with a ~60-person core crew (workshops + live project sites in Hyderabad) plus a long-running partner network of ~60 more across India — ~120 people end-to-end on a live WoodenMax project. Naseem personally signs off on every B2B project above ₹15 L and reads every escalation email himself within 24 hours.
